Welcome to Call for Chapters: How to be an Academic. Interesting and current textbooks on Being an Academic are extremely limited. This book aspires to entail a series of accounts from academics themselves that capture the whole journey of being an academic in the modern global higher education. We look forward to hearing from you to foster the academic profession.

Papers are requested for book chapters. The book title is ‘How to be an academic in the modern higher education arena’. The publisher is Edward Elgar Publishing. The expected publication date is July 2020.
Important Dates
1st July, 2018 (5pm UK time): Submissions received
1st December 2018: notify authors about the result of their submission.
1st May, 2019: Any amendments must be completed and returned to the editors.
July 2020: Book Publication release.
